What is the Evolution FMS Companion App?

The Evolution FMS Companion App enables your team to perform routine tasks and procedures from a mobile device, without the need to login to Evolution FMS.

The functionality includes:

  • Scan QR codes to audit and identify the Deceased, coffin, belongings, cremated remains and donations

  • Complete Funeral & Mortuary Tasks quickly and easily

  • Record movements of the Deceased in real-time (automatically creating journey entries)

  • Record movements of Cremated Remains in real-time (automatically creating journey entries)

  • Record release of Cremated Remains in real-time (taking recipients physical signature)

  • Perform complete Cremated Remains inventories quickly and efficiently by scanning QR coded labels

  • Capture fingerprints for use with jewellery and keepsakes (additional hardware required *)
