Evolution FMS does not collect any personal information about you but does contain personal information within the account and user accounts which are essential for the software to function. Oak Technology Ltd complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Evolution FMS may access Google user data only after obtaining explicit user consent during the integration of Google Calendar and Google Drive services. The data retrieved via Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve Evolution FMS functionality, and is not transferred, sold, or used for advertising purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion Policy:

We retain Google user data only for as long as it is necessary to provide the integrated functionality of Evolution FMS or as required by applicable law. If a user revokes permissions, disconnects their Google account, or deletes their Evolution FMS account, all Google user data and tokens associated with that user are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
